We use ADDIGO because we also wanted or had to digitise our assembly reports. (Paper is no longer the order of the day…)
What convinced us was, for example, the simple structure of the app, the fact that ADDIGO and Deutscher Tele Markt GmbH also took care of us as a small company and responded to our wishes. But we were also impressed by the simplicity of the app. The competition is much more expensive, far too complicated and doesn’t really want to deal with such small businesses. Addigo’s support also responds quickly. So far, I have nothing that bothers me anymore.
The time saving is there, but for us the MOST IMPORTANT thing is the simple and comprehensive documentation (insert photos). We currently use our own reports the most. We can’t yet say whether it is a relief. At the moment we are perfectly happy with the app.

We have been using ADDIGO for three years and are absolutely satisfied. The service reports and invoice management in particular have been simplified enormously. Since January 2024, we have been able to download invoices directly and send them by email – separate accounting software is no longer necessary.
Going paperless saves a huge amount of time. Everything runs digitally, quickly and smoothly. Prices and parts are clearly organised, easy to access and functionally designed.
I particularly appreciate the automated invoicing and reminder function. Images can be easily added to the reports, and invoices and reminders can be created and integrated individually as forms.
